These terms apply to draftfallgame.com (the “Site”), operated by JJ Battlelokit. Last updated: 27 August 2026.
The Site
The Site is the official Draftfall website. It includes the game overview, expedition records, builds, cards, and press materials. It is not the Steam store. To wishlist or purchase Draftfall, use Steam.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse APIs, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that harms the service, submit fraudulent expedition data, or use the Site for unlawful purposes. We may remove content or restrict access that violates these terms.
Intellectual property
Draftfall names, card art, screenshots, trailer, and other game assets are proprietary. Personal viewing of Site content is allowed. Redistribution or commercial use without permission is not. Press kit assets may be used for editorial coverage of Draftfall with attribution to JJ Battlelokit.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is.” Expedition records may be incomplete or delayed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from Site use to the fullest extent permitted by law.
